Account Executive / Sales

Full-time Position

Responsible for marketing, promoting and profitably selling products and services to existing and potential customers. The sales team’s primary goal is to expand Anntoine’s business in Louisiana and across the U.S. The ideal candidate will be capable of the following:

  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and daily prospecting, to turn the relationship into a long-term partnership
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client, attaining a meeting, and securing a contract
  • Present products to prospective clients and meet with clients to discuss their marketing and design needs
  • Create detailed proposals to facilitate the attainment of client’s goals and resent the marketing/design proposal to clients and be able to explain the prices and packages
  • Work with the Client Coordinator to ensure the client’s goals are achieved
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customer’s dedication to the agency
  • Respond to any complaints and resolve issues immediately, aiming to repair the client relationship and preserve the agency’s reputation
  • Reports competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management
  • Associates and support personnel; encourages and assists in their training and development when possible
  • Executes sales efforts in an ethical and professional manner, ensuring a favorable impression of self and the company
  • Completes sales call and expense reports on a timely basis in accordance with company policy
  • Participate in weekly sales team meetings & all of Anntoine’s events
  • Meets monthly sales objectives
  • Reliable professional with great oral and written communication skills
  • Confidence, tact, and a persuasive manner
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team

**Bachelor's Degree Required

**2 Years of Sales Experience Required

**1 Year of Marketing Experience Required
